Who’s Responding:

With Who’s Responding, your department will promptly identify the personnel assigned to a call, their location en route to the hall or incident scene, and their estimated time of arrival. This tool eradicates uncertainties regarding the incoming team, ensuring that all concerned parties are well-informed. Operating with exceptional simplicity, a quick selection on your mobile device instantly updates the screen at your department, signaling your imminent response. This expedited and efficient system offered by Who’s Responding optimizes emergency response times.

How it works:

Upon receiving a call on your pager, you activate the “Who’s Responding” application on your phone. Subsequently, this action triggers a display within your department that promptly notifies those already present of the dispatched responders. Optionally, it can display your GPS coordinates, providing colleagues with real-time data on your proximity to the location. Moreover, it facilitates sending relevant texts to enhance communication within the department.

• The screen also features a section showing team members who are currently unavailable, allowing for better preparation. This foresight empowers departments to anticipate potential staffing shortages and proactively address them by initiating additional calls.

NOTE: Continuing use of GPS in the background may significantly reduce battery life.
